Rustic pots made from recycled

What fun! Today we will learn how to make a potted prongs very simply.

The calabash or Bottle gourd is very popular in the southern cone of Latin. Originally it was used to carry water; currently its most popular use is for a mate. But today we get original, this time we'll make a pot with a matte .


It's such an original idea that I want to start now!

 Materials

I prongs. Plant. White acrylic paint. Paintbrush. Handsaw. Masking tape.

 Step 1

The first is to cut the gourd with the saw. Be careful in doing so, try not to put your fingers neck in front of the saw. 

 Step 2

Empty the gourd. You see, it is a hollow fruit, so this step is very simple. If necessary, you can use a spoon to empty. 

 Step 3

Now let's decorate the vase. Place the tape on the surface to define the design you want to do. I decided to make one minimalist, so I'll only make a diagonal line. 

 Step 4

Paint your pot using the brush. You see I have chosen white acrylic paint, but you can choose the color you like best. Use one that goes well with the rest of your home decor . 

 Step 5

Wait a few moments until the paint dries. When it is dry, remove the tape to find the design that you had made. 

Step 6

What remains is to place the plant in a container recycled. Again, if you wish, use a spoon to facilitate this step.
